    There has been a noticeable change in recent months in where students on the valley road campus purchase their snacks and meals. Students now prefer Kenzip over the once-popular Sironi restaurant, which is a shell of what it once was.

    Some of the reasons are that Kenzip has some unusual additions such as chicken wrappers, chicken pieces, and fresh juices. Its location is ideal for students because it is close to the freedom corner which has a good sitting area.

    In the restaurant business, happy customers return and provide word of mouth to their friends. According to studies, restaurants that attract repeat business share six key characteristics; good food and service, consistency in both , diverse menu , a good price to value ratio, a pleasant ambience and cleanliness.

    Food quality is also important from a business aspect. The standard of service you provide will shape your restaurant’s reputation and image in the community. Improving your menu can breathe new life into your business and bring in new, loyal consumers.

    “A good cook understands your customers’ needs and works closely with the kitchen staff to guarantee that their dish is prepared just how they requested. Also the staff that engage with your customers should be courteous and have a positive attitude. The owner efficiently controls the business, increasing the likelihood that it can provide great food and service without interruption. We must manage our restaurant’s finances, keep accurate records, and stay up to date on legal requirements such as taxes and health inspections.”

    When it comes to eateries, price is important. When choosing a place to have a meal, opt for one that offers good value for money. This option does not imply being cheap, but rather getting the best value for your money. You are satisfied with the results.

    Manchester United ilitangaza siku ya Alhamisi jioni kwamba Cristiano Ronaldo hatakuwa nao watakaposafiri kwa ndege kwenda Bangkok Ijumaa kwa ajili ya mechi ya kwanza ya Erik ten Hag akiwa meneja.

     

    Ronaldo ameruhusiwa kusalia Ureno, kwa ruhusa ya United, kushughulikia suala la kifamilia ambalo halijawekwa bayana.

     

    Mchezaji huyo nmwenye umri wa miaka 37 , ikumbukwe, alipoteza mtoto wa kiume mnamo Aprili, wakati mpenzi wake alipojifungua pacha, mmoja tu ndiye alyenusurika.

     

    Hakuna kiasi cha pesa au umaarufu unaoweza kumkinga mtu kutokana na aina hiyo ya kiwewe.

     

    Hata hivyo habari hizo zilijiri siku tano baada ya hamu ya Ronaldo kutaka kuondoka United msimu huu wa kiangazi kuwa hadharani.

     

    Na ingawa hatakuwepo, hiyo itakuwa simulizi ambayo itatawala wakati wote ambapo klabu hiyo itakuwa nchini Thailand, na kisha Australia, ambako watacheza mechi ya Jumanne dhidi ya wapinzani wao wa zamani Liverpool.

     

    Saa moja kabla ya Ronaldo kubainika kwamba hatokuwa katika safari ya kuelekea Thailand , chanzo kimoja kinachoifahamu BBC Sport kilisema kuwa hakukuwa na nafasi ya mchezaji huyo kuwa katika safari hiyo.

     

    Hatua hiyo ilijiri kutokana na imani kwamba Ronaldo lazima alikuwa na mpango wa kuondoka kwasababu , iwapo hataondoka , kile kilichojiri Wikendi kisingefanyika.

     

    Chanzo chengine cha United pia kiliunga mkono hoja hiyo. Wao pia walikubaliana kwamba sakata hiyo itakwisha wakati Ronaldo atakapoondoka katika klabu hiyo alioyowasili kwa mbwembwe za aina yake Agosti iliopita , baada ya kujiunga huku klabu ya Manchester City pia ikiwa na hamu ya kumsajili.

     

    Kwa upande wao Man United inasema kwamba Ronaldo haendi popote , wakidai kwamba ana mwaka mmoja katika kandarasi yake kuondoka kitu kinachomfanya kuwa mchezaji anayelipwa zaidi katika ligi ya premia na kwamba wanatarajia kwamba ataheshimu kandarasi hiyo.

     

    Hata hivyo klabu inapaswa kusema hivyo ili kulinda mali zao. Wanajua kuwa katika soka ni mara chache wachezaji wanashikiliwa na mikataba yao ikiwa wamedhamiria kuondoka, hakika si wachezaji wa hadhi ya juu kama Ronaldo.

     

    Wakati mwingine msimamo huo unaendelea kwa wiki – kama Bayern Munich wanavyofanya sasa na mshambuliaji Robert Lewandowski – lakini kawaida makubaliano hufanywa na mchezaji anapata anachotaka.

     

    Katika hali hii, ajabu ni kwamba haitokani na dhamira ya Ronaldo ya kuendelea kucheza kwa kiwango cha juu zaidi, na kwamba hali ingeweza kufikia kilele mapema zaidi. Baada ya yote, ilikuwa dhahiri United haingeweza kufuzu kwa Ligi ya Mabingwa kipindi kirefu kabla ya msimu kufikia kilele chake.

     

    Msisimko wa mechi za kujiandaa kwa msimu mpya

    United wamezoea masuala kama haya kutawala safari zao za mechi za kujiandaa kabla ya msimu mpya.

     

    Miaka mitatu iliyopita, katika ziara yao ya mwisho, kabla ya Covid kuwazuia ghafla, mzozo ulitawaliwa na iwapo Paul Pogba aliyechukizwa angerudi kutoka Marekani kwa wakati ili ndege ielekee Perth. Alifanya hivyo – lakini Romelu Lukaku alidhihirisha hadharani kutoridhika kwake kwa kujielekeza kwenye vikao vya mazoezi ya baiskeli ili apone jeraha ambalo lilipungua mara tu alipoondoka kwenda Inter Milan.

     

    Hiyo ilikuwa ziara ya kwanza ya Ole Gunnar Solskjaer kama meneja wa United. Licha ya kupata uzoefu huo kama mchezaji. Ten Hag anakaribia kugundua ushabiki wa klabu hiyo huko Mashariki mwanzoni – na jina lake kuu halitakuwepo ili kuondoa tahadhari hiyo.

     

    Badala yake, Ten Hag atakapokabiliana na vyombo vya habari – pengine Jumapili – kwa mara ya kwanza tangu lipozinduliwa Old Trafford, atakuwa na maswali mengi ambayo huenda asiwe na majibu – yaani ni lini au ikiwa Ronaldo ataanza kushiriki mazoezi pamoja na wachezaji wenzake.

    La kwanza ni kwamba alikuwa mmoja wa wachezaji wawili pekee – kipa David de Gea ndiye mwingine – kuibuka kutoka kwa msimu mbaya uliopita bila sifa zao kuingia doa . Alifunga mabao 24, ikiwa ni pamoja na hat-trick mbili, na, bila yeye, United ingekuwa katika hali mbaya zaidi kuliko ile waliyoishia.

    Lakini kuna simulizi nyingine, kwamba Ronaldo alikuwa mmoja ya sababu kuu zilizoifanya klabu kumaliza pale ilipomaliza.

    Inasemekana mara nyingi Ronaldo hapandi juu uwanjani – mkakati uliowekwa na mkufunzi Ralf Rangnick aloitarajia kutekeleza katika klabu hiyo baada ya kutimuliwa kwa Solskjaer mnamo Novemba. Pia ndio mbinu ilioanzishwa na Ten Hag katika timu yake huko Ajax.

Kiuhalisia, matarajio ya United ni ya chini sana na tayari wana idadi ya washambuliaji wa kimataifa wenye kasi ambao, labda, wanaweza kubadilishana. Kuwasili kwa Christian Eriksen kutaongeza ubunifu unaohitajika kwenye kikosi chao. Inatarajiwa kutakuwa na uimara zaidi katika safu ya kiungo hata kama harakati za kumtafuta Frenkie de Jong wa Barcelona zitashindwa kufanikiwa.

  • WHY MEDITATION IS NECESSARY.

    From the time of our birth till death the heart works continuously.

    Everyday the heart pumps 7000 litres of blood, of which 70% blood is pumped to the brain and the remaining 30% to the rest of body.

    The blood is pumped through veins/arteries which are about more than 70,000 km long.
    The strength required to pump the blood up to 42 ft high and weight of 1 tonne is generated by the heart everyday through its work.

    We take rest when we are tired but if the heart takes rests for 4-5 mins we will have to rest forever.

    How does the heart work so much efficiently and effectively?

    Heart works effectively because it follows a discipline. In normal conditions the heart takes 0.3 secs to contract (systole) and 0.5 secs to relax (diastole). So 0.3+0.5=0.8 secs are required by the heart to complete one beat (1 cardiac cycle).That means in 1 min, the heart beats 72 times which is considered as normal heart beat.

    During the relaxing phase of 0.5 secs the impure blood travels through the lungs and becomes 100 % pure.

    In some stressful conditions the body demands more blood in less time and in this situation the heart reduces the relaxing period of 0.5 secs to 0.4 secs.Thus in this case the heart beats 82 times in 1min and only 80% of blood gets purified.

    On more and more demand the relaxing time is further reduced to 0.3 secs then only 60% of blood is purified.
    Thus 20-40% of impure blood is pumped in the veins/ arteries.These impure components (cholesterol/lipid) gets deposited on the walls of arteries/ veins and thus the elastic nature of the veins and the arteries is lost. So they become plastic in nature.

    After some time due to the above conditions the veins/arteries become rigid. Now if a blood clot travels through the veins/ arteries (which in normal conditions gets easily passed away due to the elastic nature earlier) gets blocked and resists blood flow in that area. This results in a blockage which further results in Heart Attack.

    From the above discussion, we can easily realise that the main reason for the heart problems is the increase demand of blood by the brain and the body.

    When the activity of brain is stimulated it demands more amount of blood than that of normal conditions.

    To stimulate the activity of brain 25-30% of diet we take is responsible whereas the remaining 70-75% is due to the thinking, emotions, attitude, memories and other processes of the brain.

    So, those who want to keep their heart working effectively for a long period of time they should protect themselves from – worries, anger, sadness, emotions, sensitive behavior, stress and hurry.

    To protect ourselves from the above, few things there is no MEDICATION available!

    So, the only option is

    MEDITATION

    So it is always said :

    SPIRITUAL HEALING IS THE ONLY TRUE HEALING

  • Sherehe ya Eid-ul-Adha 2022

    Mwaka huu wa 2022, nchi tofauti tofauti duniani zimesheherekea sikukuu ya Idd kwenye tarehe tofauti. Baadhi ya nchi zimesherehekea siku ya Jumamosi Julai 9 2022 na zingine zimesherehekea siku ya Jumapili Julai 10 2022. Zaidi ya hayo, Waziri wa Usalama wa ndani, Fred Matiang’i ametangaza kuwa Jumatatu, Julai 11 2022 kuwa siku ya mapumziko ya kuadhimisha sikukuu ya Idd-ul-Adha nchini Kenya.

    Idd-ul-Adha ni siku ya kuchinja na huadhimishwa siku ya 10 ya Mwezi wa Dhul-hijjah, mwezi ambao waislamu huenda kuhiji Makka, Saudi Arabia. Sherehe za mwaka huu nchini Kenya zimekua tofauti kidogo kutokana na hali ya uchumi iliyofanya gharama ya maisha kua juu. Baadhi ya wafanyabishara wanadai kua msimu huu wamepata hasara kubwa kwasababu ya kupungua kwa wateja. Kabla ya mabadiliko ya hali ya uchumi, siku za sherehe hua ni siku za wafanyabiashara kuuza zaidi kuliko siku zingine kutokana na misururu ya watu wanokuja sokoni kununua bidhaa mbambali ikiwemo nguo na vyakula.

    Mwaka huu hamna dalili zozote zile za sherehe kwenye baadhi ya maeneo kama awali kutokana na gharama ya maisha kupanda. Vitu vimepanda bei wanunuaji wamepungua.

  • ANGELLA OKUTOYI ASHINDA MASHINDANO YA WIMBLEDON

    Mchezaji wa tenisi, Angella Okutoyi mwenye umri wa miaka kumi na minane aibuka kuwa mwanamke wa kwanza kutoka Kenya kushinda mashindano ya Wimbledon. Katika mashindano hayo ya fainali, Angella alikuwa akishirikiana na Mholanzi Rose Marie Nijkamp katika timu ya wanawake Julai 9, 2022.

    Baada ya kushindwa katika seti ya kwanza ya 3-6 Okutoyi pamoja na mchezaji mwenzake waliamua kujikakamua na kushinda seti ya pili. Wapinzani hao, Kayla Cross na Victoria Mboko walishindwa (11-9) dhidi ya Nijikamp na Okutoyi (3-6, 6-4).

    Angella amevunja rekodi na kuwa Mkenya wa kwanza kufika katika fainali , akishirikiana na mwenzake Rose Marie, baada ya kuwashinda wapinzani wao Nikola Daubenova kutoka Serbia na Circa Bagaric kutoka Kroeshia (6-3 6-4) katika nusu finali.

  • WAZIRI MKUU WA ZAMANI WA JAPAN, SHIZO ABE AFARIKI DUNIA.

    Waziri Mkuu wa zamani wa Japan, Shinzo Abe amefariki dunia baada ya kupigwa risasi akiwa katika kampeni za chama chake cha Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) kwenye uchaguzi wa wabunge katika mji wa Nara Magharibi mwa nchi hiyo.

    Abe amefariki dunia hospitalini baada ya kulazwa akiwa mahututi kufatiwa kupigwa risasi katika mashambulizi hayo. Katibu Mkuu wa nchi ya Japan, Hirokazu Matsuno pamoja na Waziri Mkuu Fumio Kishida wamesema hali ya Abe ilikuwa mbaya baada ya kupata shambulio la moyo.

    Mshambuliaji huyo ameshakamatwa na maafisa wa usalama na walinzi wa Abe muda mfupi baada ya shambulio hilo.

    Shinzo Abe ni kiongozi wa zamani wa Japan kutumikia nchi hio kwa muda mrefu zaidi kuliko mawaziri wakuu wengine wote nchini humo. Abe alizaliwa Septemba 21 1954 jijini Tokyo na alianza harakati za kisiasa 1993 alipoteuliwa kuwa mwakilishi wa baraza la juu la bunge kisha akateuliwa kuwa katibu mkuu wa baraza la mawaziri Septemba 2005 kabla ya kuja kuchukua nafasi ya urais wa chama chake cha Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) mwaka 2006. Abe anatoka kwenye familia ya kisiasa ambapo babu yake alikua Waziri wa nchi hio kwanzia mwaka 1957 hadi mwaka 1960 na baba yake alikua katibu mkuu wa baraza la mawaziri la nchi hiyo, cheo ambacho kinaonekana ni cha pili kwa ukubwa zaidi nchi humo. Abe alikua Waziri mkuu wa Japan akiwa na miaka hamsini na miwili mwaka 2006, kiongozi wa kwanza kijana kuchukua nafasi hiyo. Muhula wake wa kwanza madakarakani uliubikwa na majanga kutokana na matatizo yake ya kiafya na kumfanya ajiuzulu. Alirejea tena serekalini na kutumikia wadhifa wa Waziri Mkuu katika nchi ya Japan kutoka mwezi Disemba mwaka 2012 hadi mwezi Septemba mwaka 2020.

    Abe atakumbukwa kwa sera yake ya kiuchumi akijaribu kufufua uchumi wa Japan uliokua umedorora. Atakumbukwa pia kwa kuongeza bajeti ya ulinzi na kubadili sera ya kijeshi ya Japan iliyodumu kwa miaka sabini. Alipambana pia kuboresha mahusiano yake na China.
