We\u2019ve included protein-rich eggs and avocado to add good fats to this burrito.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp\u00a0chipotle paste<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0egg<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp\u00a0rapeseed oil<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>50g\u00a0kale<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>7\u00a0cherry tomatoes,\u00a0halved<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd small\u00a0avocado,\u00a0sliced<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0wholemeal tortilla wrap,\u00a0warmed<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Method<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>STEP 1<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Whisk\u00a0the chipotle paste with the egg and some seasoning in a jug. Heat the oil in a large\u00a0frying pan, add the kale and tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>STEP 2<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cook until the kale is wilted and the tomatoes have softened, then push everything to the side of the pan. Pour the beaten egg into the cleared half of the pan and scramble.
